- I ask that you please come to your appointment solo as my studio space is just the right size for you and I. Unfortunately if you arrive to your appointment with anyone else you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
- Payment policy - I accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. NO checks or money orders. I do accept financing through AfterPay.
- All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable $200 booking deposit to book.
- This booking fee goes toward your investment and holds your spot on the calendar. Please call, text or book online, to book your appointment. After a date is selected, I will either send you a request for your deposit, that can be paid by credit card or debit card or charge the card on file. Your appointment is not booked until your deposit is paid. Please review my cancellation policy below.
- Cancellation Policy: Please read these policies before booking any appointments with me to make sure you fully understand. The reason for this policy is that I remain very booked for my services, with some clients waiting a month or two to be seen. While I am ever so grateful for my amazing clients, timely and efficient service is a must for me to be able to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies I am unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is my highest priority, and my policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible.
Cancellation Policies:
- 24-Hour Cancellation: We understand plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, kindly call or text us.
- 12-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling within 12 hours will incur a charge equal to the remaining amount of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for a future appointment.
- 6 to 8 Week Touchup: For touchup appointments canceled within an hour or no-shows with no call, a $100 charge will apply, and payment for the touchup will be required. Touchup prices are outlined in our service menu.
- Late Arrivals: If you're over 15 minutes late, we may ask you to reschedule, and the above policies will apply.
- Booking Deposit: A nonrefundable $200 booking deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your permanent makeup appointment. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in the appointment not being booked.
